How DocFlare works.

From a blank PDF to a legally binding signature — in under a minute.

Upload your PDF

Drag and drop a contract, NDA, or any PDF — from your computer or Google Drive.

Place the fields

Click anywhere on the page to drop a signature, initial, date, text, or checkbox field.

Send to your recipient

Add their email and a short message. They get a link — no DocFlare account required.

They sign with Google

One Google sign-in, fields filled, document locked. Both parties get the signed PDF instantly.

Negotiate inside the document — not over email.

Most contracts go through one round of changes before signing. Elsewhere that means a new email, a re-uploaded PDF, a version-control mess. In DocFlare, your recipient highlights the clause, drops a comment, you reply — right there on the document.

Is DocFlare really free?

Yes. DocFlare is free to start with no credit card required. We'll introduce paid plans for advanced team and enterprise features later — your existing usage will stay free.

Does my recipient need a DocFlare account?

No. Your recipient signs in once with Google to verify their identity. There's no separate DocFlare account to create, no password to remember, and no app to download.

Are DocFlare signatures legally binding?

Yes. DocFlare signatures are legally binding under the EU eIDAS regulation and the UK Electronic Communications Act 2000. Every signed document includes a completion certificate with a full audit trail (timestamp, IP, email, document hash).

What file types can I send for signing?

PDF only at MVP. Word, Pages, and Google Docs can all be exported to PDF in one click before uploading. We'll add direct format support over time.

Is my document private?

Yes. Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never read them, never use them for training, and never share them. Only you and the people you explicitly send them to can access them.
